As General Manager of HG Medical in Holland, I spend a lot of time walking the floor talking with our team. One thing is clear; the people here take real pride in what they make.

We manufacture precision orthopedic implants and instruments. The parts leaving our machines help surgeons restore mobility and improve quality of life for patients around the world. That responsibility matters to us, and we’re growing because of it.

Right now, we’re looking for CNC Machinists for multiple shifts who want more than just another machining job, people who want to be part of building the World’s Best Contract Manufacturer of Orthopedic Implants and Instrumentation.

You’ll be setting up and running advanced CNC lathes or mills producing complex, tight-tolerance components in a clean, modern medical environment.

You’ll work alongside Engineering and Quality teams solving real manufacturing challenges, not just pushing cycle start.

• Experience running CNC lathes, CNC Mills, or similar machining equipment
• Ability to read prints and understand GD&T
• Pride in quality and attention to detail

Trade school or equivalent experience is welcome. Skill and attitude matter more than titles.
