Our Holland facility is looking for a skilled Machine Builder to contribute to our production efforts. If you possess a natural mechanical talent and take pride in constructing equipment based on technical schematics, this role offers a great environment to refine your skills. You will collaborate with veteran builders, gaining valuable hands‑on experience in assembly and equipment fabrication while ensuring our high quality standards are met.

Core Responsibilities

• Construct and integrate mechanical systems by following detailed assembly blueprints.
• Analyze and utilize intermediate‑level mechanical schematics to guide your build process.
• Coordinate and arrange components required for machine construction.
• Collaborate with colleagues or operate solo to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Support the team by following lead builder guidance to help improve overall production efficiency.
• Foster a secure and high‑performing workspace to ensure the final product meets all quality benchmarks.
• Utilize standard hand tools while keeping your workstation tidy and efficient.
• Execute physical assembly tasks, including reaching, kneeling, and navigating around equipment.
• Support project deadlines by working extra hours when necessary.
• Prepare for potential future travel requirements of roughly 20 percent.

Required Qualifications

• Proven mechanical ability or prior practical experience in a mechanical setting.
• Proficiency in interpreting intermediate‑level assembly and part diagrams.
• Commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards for the entire team.
• Capacity to execute directives and finish assignments in a timely manner.
• Versatility in working effectively within a group or autonomously.
• Physical stamina to sustain consistent output in a demanding, hands‑on setting.
• Capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
• Eagerness to grow your technical expertise through active on‑the‑job training.
• Possession of a personal set of basic hand tools.
• Flexibility to accommodate future travel needs of approximately 20 percent.
