Kraft Heinz in Holland, MI is seeking a Production Operator for the first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM), Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with potential conversion after three months based on attendance, training, and performance.
You will support start-up/shut-down, changeovers, jams, sanitation, and quality checks, follow GMP and safety rules, use PPE, and escalate defects to leads. This is a union facility at the Holland Factory.
