Part‑time sign‑on bonus $9,500 and the full‑time bonus is set at $17,500!
Full‑time and Part‑time available – 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts.
Additional annual retention bonus $2,500 – $5,000.
Salary: $24.00 – $35.00 per hour (shift differentials are included).

Freedom Village is recruiting for a hospitality‑focused LPN or RN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Please attach a resume or provide previous employment, certifications, skills, or experience that would help you to be successful in this position.
Daily Responsibilities- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents.
- Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop & monitor care plans and re‑assess each resident.
- Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
- Current nursing license valid in Michigan.
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.
