Position: RN - Full & Part-time, all shifts *Sign-on bonuses from $10k- 20k!

Salary: $29.00 - $39.50 per hour (shift differentials are included).

Part‑time sign‑on bonus $10,000 and the full‑time bonus is set at $20,000! Full‑time and part‑time positions available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Additional annual retention bonus of $2,500 – $5,000. Daily Pay – access your pay before payday.

Schedule
  • 1st shift: 6am – 2pm
  • 2nd shift: 2pm – 10pm
  • 3rd shift: 10pm – 6am
Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents.
  • Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans with reassessment of each resident.
  • Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and nursing supply needs.
  • Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
  • Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in the coordination of nursing care with other disciplines.
Qualifications
  • Current nursing license valid in Michigan.
  • Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.
