* Sign-On Bonus:

What You'll Do
* Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and nursing best practices
* Monitor resident health and behavioral changes
* Develop, update, and reassess individualized care plans
* Supervise and support Resident Assistants / Quality of Life Specialists
* Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
* Communicate daily updates to the Director of Health Services
Shift Options
* 1st
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
* 2nd
Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
