Hiring:
Full-time & Part-time

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 PT / $15,000 FT

Retention Bonus: $2,500–$5,000 annually

Pay: $29.00–$39.50/hr (includes shift differentials)

• Must hold a current Michigan RN license
• Not licensed? Apply for our Grad Nurse or Resident Care Associate position

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a senior living environment
• Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants
• Support a warm, hospitality-driven, resident-centered community

• Resident ADL Support – Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
• Care Plan Management – Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
• Clinical Reporting – Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
• Nursing Care Delivery – Administer care per physician orders
• Interdisciplinary Coordination – Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services

• 1st Shift: 6am–2pm
• 2nd Shift: 2pm–10pm
