Pay Range $16.50 - $20.00 + Shift Differential + Hero Pay

Learn and know individualized care plans for residents and provide services to resident according to care plan. Provide assistance or total care for grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communicating, turning, repositioning, or other needs. Lift, move, and transport residents. Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each resident in the delivery of services.

Clean and sanitize workrooms, equipment, and resident units. Ensure compliance with established infection control procedures. Observe, chart, and report changes in resident condition or behavior to appropriate licensed nursing personnel. Answer resident's requests for service promptly. Perform various tasks including vital signs, resident's weights, applying creams/ointments, collecting specimens, etc. Float between all units depending on the need. Assumes all other position related responsibilities as assigned.

High school graduate or successful completion of GED. Successful completion of a Michigan state approved nurse assistant certification course or other education that meets state certification requirements. Must hold current nurse assistant certification in Michigan.
