The Home Health RN at Holland Hospital delivers skilled nursing and case management in patients' homes. This role conducts holistic assessments and creates individualized care plans with the physician and care team to support safe, effective outcomes.
Part-time position (48 hours every two weeks) with day shifts and on-call rotation. Pay range is $34.00–$49.18 per hour;
Michigan RN license and BLS required.
