Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting during night shifts.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and clinical interventions.
Monitor and administer medications, including IV therapy, per established protocols.
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, including dementia and LTC-specific protocols.
Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Michigan
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
IV therapy certification
Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in long-term care settings
Strong long-term care clinical skills
Ability to work night shifts (7p-7a) and flexible with scheduling
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Skills:
Dementia care certification
Experience with IV therapy and dementia care
