Quality Manager - Holland Area

Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance and quality control teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage supplier quality, including audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Oversee internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data, generate reports, and present findings to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge and practical application of ISO 9001 (or relevant industry-specific QMS standards like IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing quality teams.

• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
