We are seeking a junior officer with a solid academic background in European green industrial policy and strong cross‑cultural communication skills to support basic research, outreach coordination, and policy analysis.

• Collect, organize, and analyze data, reports, and legislative documents related to European policies.
• Assist in drafting policy briefings, research reports, and meeting summaries.
• Monitor policy developments of major European institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, etc.).
• Maintain policy databases and knowledge management systems.

• Assist in arranging meetings with European policymakers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Participate in industry academic conferences, seminars, and roundtable discussions.
• Support the team in maintaining relations with European institutions, think tanks, and civil society organizations.
• Assist in preparing outreach materials and presentations.

• Coordinate internal team meetings and cross‑departmental collaboration.
• Assist in organizing policy events, workshops, and briefings.
• Manage project timelines and track deliverables from external organizations.
• Provide general administrative and travel support to ensure smooth project execution.

• Education:
  
  Degree in European Studies, Public Policy, International Relations/Political Science, or related fields.

  Experience:
  
  At least two years of study or living experience in European countries, with in‑depth understanding of European social, cultural, and political environments. 0–2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in EU green industrial policy or automotive upstream/downstream industries is a plus.
