As the dining attendant (D/A), you serve as the vital link between the kitchen and the guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reading tickets, ensuring correct execution at the window
- Prioritizing tickets and delivering to tables in the correct order
- Finishing plating
- Running food or delegating to team members
- Retrieving any items guests may need to accompany their meal
- Assisting servers in side work during downtime
- Keeping the station set up with all required items for both FOH and BOH
- Maintaining a clean workstation
