Incentives of the Baker Position:
Starting pay of $15.00.
Attendance Incentives ($2.00 EXTRA per hour for being on time and not calling off of work)
2 Free meals per 8 hr working shift
1 Free meal per 4 hr working shift

$25.00 Gas Card for Part Time Team Member a month
$50.00 Gas Card for Full Time Team Member a month
What you'll do as a Baker:
- Prepare and finish donuts, muffins, cookies ... YUM just try not to eat them while you do!
- Make sure we are offering our guests a great variety of fresh and delicious goods every day
- Accurately and with attention to detail - nobody wants their Boston Cream missing the filling!
- Friendly and outgoing - easily able to talk and interact with your team...they'll help you to know what's selling!
- Quickly and with energy... no joke, the job is SUPER fast paced
- We have so much fun kickstarting the day for so many guests...we actually are sometimes the first face they see in the morning :
