Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and transferring products to selling floor;
Address guest questions and concerns and escalate to a store keyholder as needed
