Merchandising Assistant Store Manager - Days

Up to $20/hour based on experience. Full‑time; 40 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

• Serve as the "Manager on Duty" for the location, ensuring proper staffing and prioritization of tasks.
• Demonstrate high-level merchandising skills across all categories, including shelf and off‑shelf displays.
• Maintain presentation and on‑shelf availability of dry grocery products.
• Quickly assess current store status, including shelf condition, gaps, signage, and deploy resources accordingly.
• Assist in scheduling resources to support daily requirements while maintaining flexibility within planned budgets.
• Keep a clean, orderly, and efficient backroom; perform receipt, put‑away, issue of products and service materials, and determine accurate Balance On Hand.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• Reliable and regular attendance in the stores; work is in‑person only.
• May be asked to travel to different locations without delay.
• Read, understand, and follow all company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Must be able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• High School diploma or GED; additional education is a plus.
• 2–5 years in a service industry, with some supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Results‑oriented, organized, and methodical; enjoys learning and change.
• Utilizes technology—primarily personal devices; a weekly phone stipend is provided.
• Open availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Depending on the specific position, a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and a DMV check may be required.
