Retail Engagement Coordinator

Home Goods, a leader in retail home décor, seeks a Retail Engagement Coordinator to support Widgets Co's industrial tools line in store environments. In this role, you will coordinate in-store engagement programs, merchandising, and promotional activities that highlight our innovative products and drive customer interest. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and store teams to plan events, implement displays, and capture performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store retail engagement initiatives and events for Home
• Goods partners
• Coordinate merchandising displays and ensure brand standards across retail locations
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support promotions and product launches
• Collect and analyze store feedback, traffic, and engagement data to improve programs
• Train and support store staff on product knowledge and engagement tactics
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for engagement activities
• Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance and customer insights
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and retail partners
