Overview

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and customer information
• Update and manage CRM and internal systems in compliance with company policies
• Drive customer satisfaction and achieve assigned sales targets
• Prepare sales forecasts, weekly reports, and competitor analysis
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth
• Coordinate with finance team to deliver suitable customer solutions
• Develop and maintain in-depth technical product knowledge
• Support marketing and product promotion activities
• Gather customer spare parts and service requirements
• Participate in government tender processes
• Prepare and verify documentation for HP sales

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Construction Equipment and/or Power Generator industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Valid driving license
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Pleasant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance
