Outside Parts Sales Representative

The Outside Parts Sales Representative plays a key role in driving business growth by building strong customer relationships, promoting truck and trailer parts, and delivering outstanding customer service.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced managers, contribute to the achievement of sales goals, and be part of a team that values professional development and customer satisfaction

• Selling medium and heavy-duty truck and trailer parts
• Explaining features, benefits, and warranty of parts to customers
• Prospecting for customers in a designated territory or assigned account list daily
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries with clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Building strong customer relationships and providing unmatched customer service
• Preparing quotes and proposals for customers
• Maintaining a complete customer and prospect database in the dealership's CRM system
• Achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Attending training and continuously increasing knowledge of full product lines

• Experience in the medium and heavy-duty truck industry preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Confident, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds
