You'll be selling pre-owned vehicles that actually move. Our used inventory is

priced against live market data and turned deliberately, so you won't spend your

week defending a unit that's been sitting for ninety days. Traffic comes from a

marketing budget the company actually spends and a forty-year customer base that

keeps coming back.

What the job looks like day to day:

• Work walk-in traffic, phone ups, and internet leads
• Understand what a customer actually needs before you point at a vehicle
• Present vehicles, run demo drives, and explain pricing and financing in plain English — no games, no surprises in the box
• Follow up relentlessly. The money in this business has always been in the follow-up.
• Keep your CRM clean so nothing slips
• Work with F&I and service so the delivery is smooth and the customer is back in three years, not gone for good

For the right person, this is a management track. We would rather grow our next

manager than hire one off the street.

• A documented track record of top performance in a commission or quota role. you've been the number one producer somewhere, bring the numbers.
• Someone customers trust inside the first five minutes. This business still runs on whether people believe you.
• Competitive and coachable. We run a structured sales process and we will teach it to you. Drive survives here; ego doesn't.
• Self-directed on the phone and in the CRM. Nobody should have to remind you to make your calls.
• Automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement. Some of our best people came from outside the business.

• Full-time and on-site in Holland, MI. Retail schedule includes evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
