Security Officer / Guard
Security Positions are Full and Part Time. Must have excellent Customer Service skills. Must pass drug screen and background check. Must meet applicable licensing requirements.
Responsibilities- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the security field or law enforcement (preferred).
- Conduct routine fire watch patrols throughout the facility.
- Monitor several hundred security cameras for alarms and unusual activity.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports.
- Operate and communicate effectively using two‑way radios.
- Perform basic map reading and navigation within the facility.
- Assist with emergency dispatching as needed.
- Create and manage staff schedules.
- Rotating 12‑hour shifts.
- Week 1:
Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Thursday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) - Week 2:
Friday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Security Officers/Guards observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
No experience necessary! Retail, food service or hospitality background is a great fit; training will be provided.
