Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity;
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for facility systems and equipment;
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting;
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time;
Ensure all equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient and safe manner, minimizing downtime through proactive repairs and record-keeping
