Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile HVAC/R Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC/R Technician, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting facility operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully within the organization.

- Job Title: Mobile HVAC/R Technician
- Location: Holland, MI
- Pay Range:
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for facility systems and equipment.
- Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient and safe manner, minimizing downtime through proactive repairs and record-keeping.
- Universal CFC recovery certification.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Willingness to join UFCW 951 and perform call-in work as required.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
