Heavy Equipment Lube Technician

Job Title

This position is responsible for greasing company equipment, including heavy equipment or semi tractors and trailers, changing fluids in company equipment and maintaining accurate service records. Actively participates and displays behaviors of the company values. Must have a valid driver's license.

Change fluids in equipment and grease equipment as needed. Inspect equipment for possible problems or safety hazards after servicing. Maintain documentation of preventative maintenance services and schedule next services. Ability to learn operation of all equipment in order to transport after servicing. Pay close attention to details including safety procedures. Cleaning and housekeeping as necessary. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

barrels of fluid and/or equipment. May be expected to use Hi-lo. Other duties as required.

High School diploma or GED. Legible handwriting necessary. Mechanical aptitude and experience required. Ability to work independently or as a team player. Hi-lo skills a plus. Ability to pay attention to detail. Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment. Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations. Be over 18 years of age.

Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
