We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installation Crew Leader who is passionate about the trade, leads by example, and wants to build a long-term career with a supportive, family-oriented team.

• Lead and supervise an installation crew on residential and light commercial projects
• Oversee complete system installations, including accurate system layouts, duct design, and sizing
• Ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
• Mentor and develop team members while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and crew members

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 40+ hours per week (overtime as needed)

• 8+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• Proven experience leading and mentoring installation crews
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, ductwork, and new construction installations
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality
