Job DescriptionTrim meat according to specifications.
Responsibilities- Trim fat, bruises, bones and any undesirables to specifications and with a regular cutting knife
- Prepare it for final mixer and adding the correct amount of pickle
- Assist in hooking up transfer hoses to the hopper
- Must be in your current position 6 months and have less than 7 points
- No write ups in the previous 12 months
