With five locations in Grand Rapids, Holland, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Muskegon, we support our customers with an extensive service department, three complete body shops, parts delivery, a fleet of mobile service trucks, towing, and a laser focus on customer service.
In addition to truck sales, leasing/rental, and financing, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our supportive work environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Heavy-Duty Suspension Frame Technician to join our team and grow with us.
- Diagnose, recommend, and complete vehicle alignment on medium and heavy commercial trucks
- Complete Vehicle Alignment, suspension, and mechanical repair on medium and heavy commercial trucks
- Clean and maintain service equipment
- Provide "Service Excellence - Always" to meet the service goals of the location and guests
- Document work performed on service tickets
- Observe and comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies
- Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Previous experience with heavy truck frame alignment and suspension preferred
- Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to be a team player
- Ability to multi-task and follow-up on multiple projects
