Production Manager — Residential Remodeling
Nelson Builders, a family-owned remodeling company with 25 years of serving the West Michigan lakeshore, is looking for a hands-on Production Manager to run residential remodeling projects from the ground up. This is a leadership-driven field role: you'll manage crews, collaborate with subcontractors and trade partners, and direct the overall flow of each project — staying hands-on with carpentry work as needed to keep things on schedule.

- Own residential remodeling projects from planning through completion
- Manage crews and coordinate with subcontractors and trade partners
- Direct the day-to-day flow and schedule of each project
- Hold the team accountable to quality expectations at every stage
- Stay hands-on with carpentry work as needed to keep projects on track
- Make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish
- Strong leadership and sharp on-site management skills
- Solid carpentry expertise
- Experience managing residential remodeling projects or field crews
- Comfort building and owning project schedules
