Are you passionate about training others and fluent in both English and Spanish ? We’re looking for a Bilingual Support Cleaner / Trainer to help onboard and support our cleaning teams in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing our workforce and ensuring consistent quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on training to new employees on cleaning tasks, equipment use, and safety procedures.
• Translate training materials and instructions as needed to support Spanish-speaking staff.
• Fill in for absent team members and assist with cleaning as needed.
• Work closely with site leaders and trainees to promote a positive, productive work environment.
• Maintain training documentation and communicate progress with managers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead and teach others
• Flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous custodial experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
