• Take ownership of complex software development tasks, working independently to design, code, develop, debug and implement high‑quality IT solutions.
• Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex systems and subsystems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure developers and stakeholders are aligned.
• Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain awareness of the entire technical stack and choose appropriate technologies.
• Stay current on technology and recommend innovations to leadership.
• Participate in project planning using agile methodologies and provide technical input.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work in the Haworth office environment using office automation, communication software, and tools.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience.
• 5 years related experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 3 years related experience with a Master’s Degree.
