JOB SUMMARY

Take ownership of complex software development tasks, working independently to design, code, develop, debug and implement high-quality IT solutions. Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience to solve technical challenges and mentor junior developers.

  Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop Complex Systems:
  Develop and maintain complex systems and subsystems.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
  Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure developers and stakeholders are aligned.
• Ensure Code Quality:
  Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Understand Technical Stack:
  An awareness and understanding of the entire technical stack available to developers. Ability to exploit the proper technology for specific reasons.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
• Education Equivalency:
  Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post‑secondary education
• Work Experience:
  
  5 years related experience with Bachelor’s Degree OR 3 years related experience with Master’s Degree
