Holland Christian seeks a head varsity football coach who will lead, coordinate and cultivate a Christ-centered, competitive football program for the 2025 season and beyond. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong Christian character, ability to connect well with students, technical competency for the sport, a commitment to the program and holistic student‑athlete development.

  • Focus on the process of athlete development and the daily disciplines needed to prepare well.
  • Supportive of year round performance training and opportunities for multiple sports for athletes.
  • Experienced with the ability to lead all levels of athletes in the program in both skill and scheme.
• Strong Commitment
  • Passionate and excited to prepare well for all aspects of directing and serving the program.
  • Display a competitive spirit and high expectation for coaching growth and student growth.
  • Use resources stewardly with a strong ability to advocate for beneficial program resources for athletes.
