As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role in the movement of materials in our facility. You'll support production, shipping, and receiving to keep operations on track, while making safety and quality your top priorities.

• Adhere to all safety policies, quality guidelines, and company standards.
• Move, gather, and distribute products based on schedules, work orders, and customer requirements.
• Place materials in their proper locations—racks, shelves, or bins—by size, type, style, color, or code.
• Assemble and palletize customer orders.
• Mark and record materials with identifying information.
• Load and unload both palletized and non-palletized products from trailers.
• Use both manual and automated material handling equipment—including driving required vehicles.
• Maintain accurate inventory using warehouse computer software.
• Follow all hygiene, housekeeping, and safety procedures.
• Support operations by performing other duties as needed.

• Required:
  • Clear communication skills (verbal and written) with team and management.
  • Ability to read and use warehouse computer systems.
  • Willingness to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and license to drive material handling equipment.
• Preferred:
  • Relevant warehouse or material handling experience (5-10 years preferred).
• Physical:
  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs (occasionally), 30 lbs (frequently).
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, hear, and see continuously.
  • Frequent climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and carrying.
  • Potential exposure to varying temperatures (0–120°F), dust, dirt, and occasional high noise.
