Location: in‑office role in Holliston, MA

Schedule: 30 - 40 hours per week, flexible schedule

Job Type: Full‑Time

Pay: $22 - $25 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and staff.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and project‑related activities.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping support.
  • Receive and track shipments as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies and communicate with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with reports, proposals, and internal communications.
  • Support onboarding and administrative tasks for new employees.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, office support, or executive assistant experience
  • Proven success in a busy office environment with multiple responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of Quick Books is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Consistent follow‑up, follow‑through, and problem‑solving ability
  • Customer‑service mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with others
