Location: in‑office role in Holliston, MA
Schedule: 30 - 40 hours per week, flexible schedule
Job Type: Full‑Time
Pay: $22 - $25 per hour based on experience

- Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and staff.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and project‑related activities.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and correspondence.
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping support.
- Receive and track shipments as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies and communicate with vendors.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with reports, proposals, and internal communications.
- Support onboarding and administrative tasks for new employees.
- 2+ years of administrative, office support, or executive assistant experience
- Proven success in a busy office environment with multiple responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Quick Books is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Consistent follow‑up, follow‑through, and problem‑solving ability
- Customer‑service mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with others
- Experience in construction, trades, commercial services, or a related industry
- Self‑starter with a can‑do attitude and strong initiative
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and reliability
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities as the company grows
- Enjoys helping others and contributing to a positive workplace culture
