As a CSR, you are not a call center robot - you're the first impression, the calming voice, the trusted guide when someone's heating or cooling system isn't working and they need help, fast. This role is perfect for someone who loves serving others, stays composed under pressure, and believes that accuracy, kindness, and follow-through matter.

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service or sales appointments
• Ask the right questions, listen with care, and guide the customer
• Accurately enter customer data, job notes, and scheduling preferences
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments or next steps
• Coordinate with techs and department heads to resolve issues fast
• Be a calm, professional voice - no matter how the day is going

Hours: Full Time

Location: Holliston, MA

On-Site Position

Start Date: As soon as you're ready

• $25+/hr starting pay, depending on experience
