Adjustment Counselor
The Holliston Public School District is seeking a compassionate, dedicated School Adjustment Counselor to join our team at Robert Adams Middle School (Grades 6–8). If you are passionate about guiding middle schoolers through crucial social‑emotional milestones, we want to hear from you!
This .5 FTE position falls under the Alternative Work Schedules section of the union agreement between the HFT and the School Committee.
As an Adjustment Counselor, you will support students by providing individual and group counseling, conflict resolution, facilitating social‑emotional learning, managing behavioral intervention plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and counselors to create a supportive environment for each student’s academic and personal growth.
Qualifications- Must have appropriate DESE certification (School Adjustment Counselor)
