What's a typical day as Human Resources Manager? You'll be:
Supporting approximately 115 employees in Holliston, MA, and 30 employees in Marietta, GA, while reporting to the Director of Human Resources. Providing comprehensive HR support, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day employee inquiries. Developing and executing initiatives to boost employee engagement through regular surveys, feedback sessions, and actionable plans.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Possess previous experience in manufacturing, which is a requirement for this role. Are bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required) and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
