Facilities Maintenance - M-F

Facilities Maintenance – 1st Shift (M-F, 7am‑3pm, $22‑$27/hr)

As a facilities maintenance technician you’ll be part of our team located in Holliston, MA. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform a variety of tasks to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of the plant and grounds.
• Maintain exterior appearance of the plant, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing minor leaks.
• Repair leaking pipes, toilets, and faucets and clear blocked toilets, sinks, and drains.
• Perform janitorial and housekeeping tasks such as cleaning floors, restrooms, break rooms, wiping down walls and surfaces, clearing cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and other areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with various tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with special projects such as plant expansions, renovations, or equipment installations.
• Perform other tasks and projects as needed or assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Possess basic trade skills such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and stand for long periods.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possession of certifications in a trade skill or maintenance-related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
