** What You’ll Do
** As a facilities maintenance tech you’ll be part of our team located in Holliston, MA. You’ll get to:
* Perform a variety of tasks to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our plant and grounds
* Maintain the exterior appearance of the plant, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing minor leaks.
* Repair leaking pipes, toilets, and faucets and clear blocked toilets, sinks, and drains
* Perform janitorial and housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning floors, restrooms, and break rooms, wiping down walls and surfaces, clearing cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and other areas
* Assist the maintenance team with various tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
* Assist with special projects, such as plant expansions, renovations, or equipment installations.
* Perform other tasks and projects as needed or assigned by management to support the maintenance and facilities operations.
** Who You Are
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Maintenance or facilities experience: 1+ year of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
* Possess basic trade skills, such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and stand for long periods.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Possession of certifications in a trade skill or maintenance-related field.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
