Custodian/Janitor

Cleaning and sanitation:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors, offices, restrooms, and common areas.

Trash removal:
Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.

Dealership maintenance:
Keep customer waiting areas, showrooms, service departments, and employee areas clean and presentable.

Restroom upkeep:
Refill soap, paper towels, and other supplies.

Safety:
Report spills, hazards, maintenance issues, or damaged equipment.

Supplies and equipment:
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and maintain cleaning supplies.

Other duties:
Assist with general building upkeep and perform additional tasks assigned by a supervisor.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks.

Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and follow cleaning and safety procedures.

Previous janitorial experience may be helpful, although the exact requirement for this posting is unconfirmed.
