** What You’ll Do
** As a machine operator you’ll be part of our team located in Holliston, MA. You’ll get to:
* Prepare, calibrate, and run machinery according to production specifications and technical manuals.
* Continuously monitor machine performance to maximize efficiency and adjust settings for optimal, consistent output.
* Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet company standards.
* Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs to prevent downtime.
* Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
* Maintain accurate logs of production rates, downtime, and material usage.
** Who You Are
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and stand for long periods.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
