Machine Operator

Manpower -  - Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and check parts to prints to ensure manufacturing accuracy;
Inspect first piece of raw material, work in process, and all fabricated parts to ensure quality standards;
Collaborate with other Department Leads and Supervisors to coordinate daily production needs;
Use judgment to plan, perform, make decisions, and improve the sequence of operations and processes in coordination with other departments;
Participate in and actively support corporate programs and initiatives; uphold company policies and procedures
