Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Machine Operator

$22.00/hr

7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday

• Participate in and actively support corporate programs and initiatives; understand, support, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Use judgment to plan, perform, make decisions, and improve the sequence of operations and processes in coordination with other departments.
• Collaborate with other Department Leads and Supervisors to coordinate daily production needs.
• Inspect first piece of raw material, work in process (WIP), and all fabricated parts to ensure quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, checking parts to prints to ensure manufacturing accuracy; review job aids and shop orders.

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Credential requirements include certifications such as 100004, 100046, 100039, 100003, 100065, 100100.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments like verniers and gauges.
• Strong math skills for machine setup and adjustments.
