Assembly Worker
Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing who is looking for Assembly workers in Holliston, MA.
Shift: first
Pay: $21
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts and components as specified.
- Interpret work documents, bill of materials, and procedures.
- Exhibit and maintain high accuracy and efficiency while producing quality products.
- Accurately conduct product tests and calibrate parts to ensure compliance with tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.
- Repair or refit parts/units that fail tests or tolerance levels as needed.
- Identify and document non-conformities.
- Inspect results to ensure conformance with work documents.
Qualifications:
- 0–1 year assembly experience
- Ability to identify, form, and install various components required
- Knowledge of blueprints/schematics preferred
- Strong communication skills
