1st Shift Painter

Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm

As a Painter located in Holliston, MA, you will operate powder coat guns in either a manual or auto‑booth. You will adjust program settings based on part configuration to obtain total coverage at the desired film thickness, adjust the gun for maximum efficiency, and maintain a clean operation in both auto‑booth and manual booth environments.

• Operate powder coat guns in either manual or autobooth
• Change program settings based on part configuration to obtain total coverage at desired film thickness
• Adjust gun for maximum paint efficiency, fluid, air, and technique
• Clean auto‑booth to achieve 40‑minute color change; clean manual booth to achieve 5‑8 minute color change
• Perform system maintenance, including washer, ovens, booths, and conveyor
• Clean and maintain powder and spray painting equipment for proper working order

• Ability to read paint schedule (in English)
• Understand paint process and color changes
• Ability to use hand, air, and electric powered tools and drive material moving equipment

Hourly rate: $22.00 – $22.00
