Body Shop Parts Advisor – Herb Chambers Collision Center of Holliston

• Assist customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensure exposure to the full product line
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information
• Review body shop estimates to ensure ordered parts are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Notify the body shop parts manager of out-of-stock parts or materials needing immediate attention
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order if necessary
• Notify all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received
• Pull orders for delivery to the parts department, ensuring all parts are tagged with customer names and job numbers
• Follow up on back-ordered parts and replenish assigned inventory daily
• Verify will-call and back-order files weekly and return to vendors or stock items not picked up or required
• Assist outside sales representatives with their orders
• Ensure internal requests for parts are billed on the service repair order
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional image and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook) a must
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
• Previous automotive parts experience or military-equivalent experience preferred
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour + Weekly Pay
