Support HVAC Service Techs in the maintenance, operation and repair of HVAC systems.

• Assist Lead HVAC Technician to complete all general in‑home, service calls
• Assist Lead HVAC Technician in troubleshooting and repair
• Keep Technician’s truck, job site clean and organized
• Maintain high level of motivation and "Can Do" attitude

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Good mechanical skills
• Ability to take direction and/or technical instruction
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, forward thinking
• Willingness to commit to continuing education
• Know how to establish customer rapport through entire process

Rodenhiser Home Services is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to fair and equitable pay practices. The expected base salary range for this position is $40,000‑$60,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
