• Advanced Repairs: Diagnose and repair complex residential HVAC systems.
• Safety Inspections: Conduct full system audits and provide clear field reports.
• Maintenance: Execute precision preventative maintenance to extend system life.

• On-Call: Participate in a rotating emergency response schedule.

What We Require

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service/repair (Required).
• Licensing: Valid EPA Certification and a clean driving record.
• Location: Current resident of MA or RI (or imminently relocating).
• Skills: Expert knowledge of wiring diagrams and diagnostic instruments.
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
