• Respond to service calls and diagnose HVAC system issues
• Repair and maintain mini-splits, VRF, Hydro-Air, forced hot air systems, and more
• Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly with customers — explain your findings, earn their trust
• Offer honest solutions and sell only what you believe in
• Help homeowners feel confident in their system and their decision to choose Sum Zero

Hours: Full Time

Location: Holliston, MA

Start Date: As soon as you’re ready

• $40+/hr starting pay for experienced techs

D., Service Manager

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC service (or desire to grow into it)
• Certification from an accredited HVAC program preferred
• Comfort with low-voltage, ductless, and refrigeration systems
• Clear, respectful communication skills with customers and teammates
• A mindset of continuous improvement — in your work and your character
