- Follow clear project plans and execute top-tier workmanship
- Train and mentor apprentices during jobsite execution
- Diagnose and resolve installation-related system issues on-site
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, code requirements, and protocols
- Communicate clearly with customers and project managers
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Represent the company with professionalism at every stop

- 5+ years of HVAC install experience in residential systems
- Ability to read and interpret system designs and project plans
- Strong knowledge of air handlers, ducted/ductless systems, line sets, condensate management, and controls
- Experience with boiler system tie-ins and water/air balancing is a plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Willingness to lead crews and support junior teammates
- Pride in your work and accountability to your crew
